RECA Ultra + HSS TiAIN Countersink The triple cutting edged conical and countersink deburring tool is characterised by its new machining geometry. The extra-wide flute offers faster chip and heat transfer, increasing the service life of the tool. The TiAlN (titanium aluminium nitride) coating further increases the life of the countersunk surface. RECA TT Countersink drill bit Equipped with a 4.0 mm diameter drill bit, a 9.4 mm diameter countersink and a depth stop, this piece enables precise pre-drilling and countersinking in one step with a clear view of the working surface. ¤ The drill bit and depth stop can be continuously adjusted. ¤ The supplied drill bit (DIN 338, 4.0 mm) can be changed without any great effort. Application ¤ The RECA TT countersink drill bit should be operated at approx. 1300 rpm. If necessary, lightly lubricate between plastic depth stop and aluminium height adjustment with acid-free penetrating oil containing PTFE (e.g. Arecal Tef Clear Art. No.: 0896 711 400 ). ¤ Degrease the RECA TT countersink drill bit before using it for the first time. The Allen key provided can be used to set the drilling and countersinking depth or replace the drill bit. ¤ The set screw for the depth stop should be tightened with care and not too tightly.
