A Guide To Blind Rivets

Standard Rivet Designed to join two pieces of material together, whether the same type or a different type of material, blind rivets are ideal in applications where only one side is accessible. Dome Head

¤ Wide grip range ¤ Used when especially high torque force is needed ¤ Fast, simple with great quality assembly

¤ Provides enough bearing surface to retain all kinds of materials, except extremely smooth and brittle.

Peeled Rivet

Countersunk Head

¤ Creates a locking head with a big diameter ¤ Ideal for use in applications with soft or low resistance materials ¤ Allows for use in oversized holes ¤ Spreads the load and clamping force over a wide area

¤ Allows the riveting of a bigger thickness, designed to appear flush on a flat surface.

Large Head

¤ This provides double the bearing area compared to the dome head and offers greater resistance. Designed for applications where a soft or brittle material is assembled to a rigid support material

Sealed Rivet

¤ Moisture and pressure tight ¤ The joints are completely sealed to fluids, avoiding leakage of liquids and vapours ¤ Reduces the risk of electrical problems or vibrations
